The five documents that make up your agreement
Together these form the agreement between you and Yal Group Inc. Where they conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail, except on a matter another document specifically governs.
- Terms and ConditionsThese terms are the agreement between you and Yal Group Inc. They set out how your account works, how your orders are handled, what each of us is responsible for, and how the relationship can be brought to an end. Please read them in full before you apply.
- Risk WarningTrading CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. This notice explains, in plain terms, how you can lose money with us. Read it before you open an account, and read it again before you place your first trade.
- AML & KYC PolicyWe are required to know who our clients are and where their money comes from. This policy explains what we will ask you for, why we ask for it, what we do with it, and what happens if we cannot get it. It applies to every client, without exception.
- Order Execution PolicyThis policy explains how your orders are handled once you send them: what we take into account, how our prices are formed, why a fill can differ from the price you saw, and when an order will be refused. It forms part of your agreement with us.
- Privacy PolicyThis policy explains what personal data we collect about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect what we need to run a regulated financial service and to keep your account safe, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
